Carriage Hills and Carriage Ridge
On December 17, 2021, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice entered Claims Process Orders in connection with the Carriage Hills Vacation Owners Association and Carriage Ridge Owners Association receivership proceedings. Pursuant to the Claims Process Orders, Owners must have acknowledged or asserted their interest in the Carriage Hills Resort and / or Carriage Ridge Resort on or before April 11, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. (Toronto Time). The Carriage Hills and Carriage Ridge Claims Portal is now shut down.
